Our active membership required us to post $1 million bond with USTOA, further solidifying us as a financially solid and trusted travel provider among our travel partners, travel agents and future travelers on our worldwide guided travel programs. We are an active member of USTOA, which requires us to post a $1 million bond as well as memberships in ASTA, ABA, NTA, IATAN, the Better Business Bureau. We are registered with the Attorney General’s California Seller of Travel program. We also carry a $5 million liability insurance policy.
GROUP HOMETOWN PICKUP For any air inclusive group of 10 or more passengers, we include roundtrip hometown transfers to the airport located within 100 miles. Airport transfers for groups of 10 plus passengers located outside of a 100 miles of the airport are also available, see your District Sales Manager or contact our office for further details.  AFFORDABLE CANCELLATION WAIVER & 
 POST DEPARTURE TRAVEL PROTECTION Committing to a tour and vacation should be exciting, not a gamble. Travel Protection is extremely important for peace of mind and to protect your travel investment. We offer an optional and affordable Cancellation Waiver and Post Departure Plan to all our travelers. Please see terms and conditions pages for costs and information.
BOOKING DISCOUNT You will not find gimmicks or confusing deadlines with our booking discounts, nor will we artificially inflate rates in order to give discounts. For air inclusive tour packages, simply make your final payment by check and receive a $100 per person/$200 per couple discount off of the advertised tour price. For land only packages, receive a $50 per person/$100 per couple discount. WE HEAR YOU - TOUR FEEDBACK Some of our favorite reading is the post-tour evaluations received from tour guests. The Premier team reads each evaluation and takes seriously the positive and constructive feedback given by all our travelers. This feedback is vital to making each tour even better than the last. GROUP MARKETING SUPPORT We provide full color customized tour specific promotional brochures, mini posters, PDF web ready brochures and customized professional PowerPoint & media presentations: the marketing tools needed to help promote your tour and maximize sign-ups and tour participation. DISTRICT SALES MANAGERS We proudly employ 20 full-time, professional and experienced District Sales Managers (DSM's), throughout the country who are ready to help with all of your travel promotions. Your DSM will help you find the best tour programs for your travelers, as well as work closely with you throughout the promotion process. PowerPoint presentations designed to maximize sign-ups, pre-departure briefings and joint sales calls are just a few of the ways in which your DSM will be there to support you, your clients or your group.
